Four days in Gdansk

Typical buildings along Długa

Spent a couple of days with a friend in Gdansk. Highlights were the wonderfully renovated old town, a Polish Milk Bar, antiques market, paddling on the river to get a view of the buildings from the water, especially the Gdańsk Crane from below. A visit to the Solidarity Museum is well worth it. And, we also managed to see a Jazz concert. Not to forget the beach at Jantorawa and church at Oliwa.

Reconaissance - Rhinlurch

Little tour on a Saturday afternoon about an hour and a half Northwest of Berlin. This is part of the Rhinlurch which is a longer tour that I still plan to do.

Short trip in Berlin on the Spree

Decided not to venture to far away from home. So, I had a look at some new waters in the East of Berlin and Ttook the BVG to S-Oberspree. From there I paddled downstream to S-Treptower Park on the Oberspree.
